![]() I had hoped though that Ubisoft would at least provide sword fights on land when time is not critical. Because this might require too much time to take over the ship when other players and computer controlled opponents are patrolling the area. I know a lot of the guys wanted the sword fights during boarding- the thing is though that that could be very impractical when you are playing as the captain of the ship without other players as crewmates. I was hoping for swordfights also and digging up treasure chests. Re: (you seem to like to try the patience of potential customers) The wind does pull clouds at times to make them look wispy, and the colors at sunset could illuminate them to make them look like wisps of flame. Have you ever seen pictures of the Coliseum at night with the colored accent lighting around the archways of the structure? What about that sort of thing for the stern of the pirate ships at night?Īn abstract, multicolored sunset that looks like sea of flames because of the cloud layer, with a winged, pitchforked devil cloud in it might have been fun for the kids to spot in the sky. Colored stained-glass windows for the stern of the pirate ships would look cool at night, lit up by the lanterns inside the cabin. Imagine how that would look with raytracing (this game was started though before the PS5 came out), shining though the breaks in the clouds at night with a big visually dramatic full moon in the night sky and the pirate ships silhouetted below on the ocean. Some old footage of the game showed blue moonlight cascading down at night. I don't know why Ubisoft doesn't put that sort of thing in the game that is a tropical bird habitat- If you find it, you get a parrot for your hideout (girls might like that). I saw a beautiful, tall waterfall in the Black Flag game with a rainbow from the light hitting the water. I don't know though why they don't incorporate that beautiful old world nautical globe that was shown that the pirate spins in his hand in the trailer as a way to log discoveries in the game on in some sort of a menu screen. In the 2018 trailer, that mysterious dark ship I suspect is a ghost ship coming out of the stormfront with the eerie sound effects- hopefully, they put that in the game. I've seen the gameplay of Skull and Bones from different sources (A lot of different sources) in the past. I saw the captain Morgan's outfit- the plumed hat, the red pirate coat, the many pistoled belt- it was interesting for a pirate. I know many of them were fans of Assassin's Creed Black Flag- I've seen a lot of the gameplay. I don't know why they wouldn't give the kids sword and pistol gameplay- at least on land, so they get some in the game. I don't know why Ubisoft does things the way they do.
